Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
Gravy Powder – 3 tsp
Garlic – 10-15 nos
Tamarind mix – 1 cup
Mustard , urad dal mix jeera, pepper, fenugreek seeds(mixed)- 1 tsp
Curry Leaves
Coriander leaves
oil – 3-4 tsp
