    real sisig ay d ginigisa..inihaw na tenga,parte ng ulo o liempo ng baboy lang ang luto tapos ung ibang ingredients ay fresh na…parang kilawin style yun ang tunay na sisig at imbes na mayonaise ay boiled utak ng baboy ang nilalagay.

    Guys it's pork sisig not chicken sisig kaya walang atay.. basa basa din ba..

  16. Actually no. The original was its grilled and not pig's brain but chicken liver.. and it's not sauteed it can just be serve by that or by sizzling plate .. also the original only has onions and about thepig's brain that is actually dinakdakan
