KrazyKAT's Brazilian Cheese Bread

3 cups Tapioca Flour/Starch
2 eggs
1 1/3 cup Whole milk
2/3 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1/4 feta cheese
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. MSG (optional) *If you don’t use MSG add another 1/2 tsp. Salt*
1 tsp. Garlic powder (optional)

Spray muffin pan with PAM spray before pour
Preheat to 400
Bake 15 minutes
Broil the last few minutes til golden

    My growing children, ( they are homeschooled ), love cooking pretzels, bagels, mini loaves, bread sticks, bread, burger rolls etc and now…we have a new addition to the bread loving family collection.

    I promise I will get the ingredients this Wednesday for my little darlings to make this recipe.
