If you’ve got picky kids who turn their noses up at vegetables I’ve got a great recipe for them that’s nutritious, tasty and equally delicious for grown ups.
Fresh and healthy handfuls of onion, celery, courgette, carrot & pepper are hidden in a sweet tomato sauce then poured over pasta and topped with a sprinkling of parmesan cheese. I like to finish mine with some sliced fresh chilli and a drizzle of olive oil. Healthy kids, happy parents and full tummies all round. Fantastico!
