Homemade Caesar Salad Recipe – Laura Vitale – Laura in the Kitchen Episode 336

1 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 Cloves of Garlic, minced
1 tsp of Anchovy Paste
1 Tbsp of Lemon Juice
1 Tsp of Worcestershire Sauce
½ cup of Freshly Grated Parmiggiano Reggiano
1/3 to ½ cup of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper, to taste

    I made it except I didn't add in the worstashire sauce, or anchovy paste and it just turns out looking like parmesan cheese mixed with olive oil. It's too oily

  13. Instead of grating the garlic, you should use a garlic press, much more efficient.
