Hello Friends. I bring to you our very own Moong Dal Dosa also known as Pesarattu. This dosa is made from the barter of high protein and fibrous green gram. It is a popular dish in Andhra Pradesh and Rajasthan. It surely deserves a try.
1. Green Moong Dal (soaked overnight) – 100 g
2. Paneer (low fat) – 100 g (Suggested: Use homemade paneer)
3. French beans
6. Green peas
11. Chilli Powder
You can use finely chopped fresh coriander leaves to garnish it.
This Moong Dal Dosa is high in protein, moderate in complex carbohydrates, rich in fiber, low in fat and loaded with vitamins and minerals. It is a complete meal. It can be enjoyed in breakfast,lunch or dinner.
