  4. I think I'm going to try that tonight … with one major change.  I ONLY use boneless pork when I'm doing stir-fry, or kebabs.  Bone-in meat (of any kind) has more flavor, and retains moisture/shape.  I'm betting it will be delicious.

    I made this tonight and it was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!! even my fussy 15 y/o LOVED IT!!! You guys gotta try this!!, I didn't have rosemary so I used basil instead .. 🙂 it's perfect for a first date if you want to impress someone.. the chops are so soft .. :)
