Softened butter and confectioners’ sugar are beaten together and flavored with milk and vanilla extract. While this recipe is for a pale white buttercream, you can certainly add food coloring or pureed fruits to color it as you like!

    Allrecipes, this "professional" buttercream is split. There is way too much liquid in it & it is most probably made with cold milk

    This is terrible. The end result fell apart and isn't stable.

    Forgive me, once again, Allrecipes, but this "professional" buttercream is a MESS! This has broken or split . It is runny and so soft that you could not pip this with a decorative tip. You could see it when it split because you did not properly stabilize it and added way too much liquid, along with liquid food coloring. So much is wrong here.
