1 tbsp of olive oil
6 cloves of garlic minced
1/2 cup minced white onions
600 grams of pork shoulder
1 tsp annatto oil
1 1/2 tbsp fish sauce
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 cup of water (enough to cover the pork)
3/4 cups of roughly chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup of tomato sauce
1/2 cup cut carrots
1/2 cup cut potatoes
1/2 cup of chopped liver
1 tsp brown sugar
1 tin of garbanzo beans
4 tbsp raisin
1 small red bell pepper
pepper to taste

How did you get into youtube?
I’ve always loved making food videos and that’s how it started. Youtube starts off as a passion. Dont get into it if you are looking to make it your job. It doesn’t work that way 🙂
Why arent you on TV?
Because the internet is easier and its free for you guys hahaha! Also we are currently working on producing TV shows ourselves and i have some TV shows floating around.
