    Excellent Tom !
I'm a white guy just learning to cook Asian food and this video is great. I really like your style of teaching and I appreciate that you don't have crazy music playing in the background to distract like so many other cooking tutorials do.

  13. Thanks for giving me the knowledge on how to make all my favorite Asian dishes! I see you like to cook with the non stick. I have a 14" traditional hammered wok is this OK to use or should I go buy a good non stick wok? Thanks.

Thanks Chef Tom, I find it hard to cook for one or two people so I appreciate when the portions are small like this.
