1/3 cup of chopped green onion
2/3 cup of chopped bell pepper
1/3 cup of chopped onion
12 oz of slice flank steak(marinate in 1 egg and 2-3 TBS of cornstarch for 1-2 hour)
2 TBS of vegetable cooking oil
1 tsp of minced garlic and 1 tsp of minced ginger
2 tsp of sherry cooking wine
2 tsp of oyster sauce
1 TBS-1 1/2 TBS of soy sauce to taste
2-3 oz of stock
2 tsp of cornstarch dissolved in 2 oz of water
1 tsp of sesame oil
Flank steak sliced against the grain…for tenderness.
Is there anything nonalcoholic I can replace the sherry cooking wine with?
