CHINESE BRAISED PORK RIBS recipe – YANYUM 1 (红烧排骨 중국식 돼지 갈비찜)

Ingredients (serves 2-3):

800g pork ribs
2 medium potatoes (I used 6 mini potatoes)
5-8 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
3 green onions
2-3 T brown sugar
3 star anise
1 t peppercorns
3-5 dried chili peppers (optional, depending on desired spiciness)
1 cup dark soy sauce (老抽)
1 cup cooking wine (Shaoxing wine, cooking sake, or beer)

돼지 갈비 800g
감자 보통 크기 2개 (저는 감자가 작아서 6개 썼어요)
마늘 5-8개
생강 2-3 센치
파 3개
흑설탕 2-3 큰술
팔각 3개
후추 열매 1 작은술
마른 고추 3-5개 (원하는 매운 정도로 하세요)
노추 중국 간장 1컵
청주 1컵 (맥주로 대신 할 수 있어요)

排骨 800g
土豆 2个
蒜 5-8个
姜 1寸
葱 3个
黑糖 2-3大勺
八角 3个
胡椒粒 1小勺
干辣椒 3-5个 (根据所要的辛辣程度)
老抽 1杯
料酒 1杯
