250 grams of boiled Arbi/colocasia/taro root
2-3 tbsp oil
½ tsp Carom seed
Pinch of asafoetida
2 pieces of chopped green chilly
1 inch piece of grated ginger
¼ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp Coriander powder
½ tsp Red chilly powder
¼ tsp Mango powder
¼ tsp Garam masala
1 tbsp Gram flour
Salt to taste
Freshly chopped coriander leaves
