Parwal Bhaja :-

1/4 tsp – haldi powder (turmeric powder)

1 tsp – adrak lehsun paste(ginger garlic paste)
1/2 tsp – jeera powder (cumin powder)
1/2 tsp – dhaniya powder (coriander powder)
1/3 tsp – kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
1 tsp – lal mirch powder(red chilli powder)

Aloo Chokha :-

1 tbsp – sarso oil
1/2 tsp – jeera khada (cumin seeds)
1 tej patta (bay leaf)
2 – hari mirch (green chilli)
1 – pyaz (onion)
1/4 tsp – haldi powder(turmeric powder)
Salt
Dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)

Muli Moong Dal :-

1 cup – mooli

1/3 tsp – haldi powder (turmeric powder)
1 tbsp – ghee
1 tsp – jeera khada (cumin seeds)
2 tej patta (bay leaf)
6 – laung (cloves)
1 tsp – adrak (ginger)
2 – hari mirch (green chillies)
1/4 tsp – hing (asafoetida)
1 tsp – lal mirch ( red chilli powder)
1 tsp – ghee
1/2 bowl – dhaniya patta (coriander leaves)

Rice :-
