Ingredients & Grocery List:
+ For the chops:
Kosher or table salt (a lot of it)
Bone-in pork chops (rib chops and loin chops are what I used)
Barbecue sauce of your choice (or make your own, ingredients below)
Vegetable oil

+ For the dry rub:
Dark brown sugar
Paprika
Smoked paprika
Ground coriander
Ground cumin
Black pepper

+ For homemade barbecue sauce:
Ketchup
Small white onion
Worcestershire
Smoked paprika
Apple cider vinegar
Dijon mustard
Dark brown sugar

Special Equipment:
Large container for brining
Charcoal grill (if doing outdoor method)
Wooden or metal skewers
Instant read thermometer
Brush for barbecue sauce

    BTW…thanks for the suggestion of using an internal meat thermometer. That's probably the reason why in the past my pork was so-so. I over cooked them.

    I have to try this recipe!! I've pan fried and bbq'ed chops and it's been OK. But this video from Andrew and Brad looks amazing!! I'll give you both an update after I try the indoor version since I don't own a grill. 🙁
