Ingredients:

Thakkali / Tomato Ozhichu Curry:

Coconut – 1/2 cup
Shallot / Cheriya ulli – 2
Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp
Water
Coconut oil
Mustard seed – 1/4 tsp
Dry red chilly , curry leaves
Onion – 1/2 cup
Green chilly – 3
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder – 1 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Tomato – 3

BEETROOT MEZHUKKUPURATTY:

Beetroot – 1
Water – 2 tbsp
Coconut oil
Curry leaves
Onion – 2 tbsp
Green chilly – 2
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 2 pinch

MIXED VEGETABLE THORAN:

Beans – 20, Carrot – 1, Cabbage
Onion – 1 small
Coconut oil, Mustard seed, Dry red chilly, Curry leaves
Coconut – 3/4 cup
Garlic – 2
Green chilly – 2
Cumin seed – 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder – 2 pinch
