Ingredients:
=========
Coconut milk rice
seeragasamba rice – 1 kg
Coconut – 1 large

To grind;
Small onions – 1/2 kg
Garlic – 12 nos
Ginger – 4 inch piece
Cinnamon – 3 inch piece
Cloves – 15 nos
Cardamom – 8 nos
Cashew – 3 tbsp
Green chilli – 7

Ghee – 5 tbsp
Oil – 4 tbsp
bay leaves – 2
Mint – 1 cup
Coriander – 1 cup
green chilli – 2
Onion – 2 large sliced
Salt – 2 tsp

Mutton gravy:
===========
Mutton – 1&1/4 kg
Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
Tomato – 3 medium
Onion – 3 large
Curry leaves
Cinnamon, cloves, cardamom
Fennel – 1/2 tsp
pepper – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 3 tsp
dania powder – 4 tsp
Homemade Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
Pepper jeera powder -2 tsp
Coriander leaves

Chicken 65:
=========
Chicken – 500 gm
Ginger garlic paste – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tbsp
Dania powder – 1 tbsp
Garam masala – 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder – 1 /4 tsp
Lime juice – 1 tsp
Salt-3/4 tsp
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Yogurt – 2 tbsp
Curry leaves
Oil for frying
